These are all things that can describe me. In 2026 I want to add one more to the list... Racecar driver.
I grew up in Alaska dreaming about racing. Contrary to what you might think, I never liked watching races. I wanted to be in the driver's seat, not a spectator. In 2026 I'm going to throw common sense out the window, load up the car, and head south to race throughout the summer. I plan on coming back the following year to race Formula 1000.
My challenge to you...
If you have ever thought about wanting to race only to talk yourself out of it because it's too expensive or you don't have a built car... Then I challenge you to take action and call up your local SCCA organization and sign up for an Autocross race!
2025 SCCA Autocross
2nd Place in Open running D Street. After a long winter and some sim time... I was able to place 2nd in Open class. Notice my square toe race boots!
2024 SCCA Autocross
3rd Place in Novice running D Street. First year running Autocross before I had to leave for work over the summer. I was hooked!
